The Valley Forge School of the Prophetic Harp

As a worship leader, have you desired to learn to play harp and enter into and lead others into a place of deep intimacy with the Lord? Do you long to see Jesus touch lives through the playing of the harp and the prophetic song? If these questions resonate in your spirit with YES!, then you should consider coming to the Valley Forge "School of the Prophetic Harp" - May 20 - 27, 2012 session! Come to Valley Forge, PA, for a lifechanging experience and receive an impartation to minister on the harp. A special emphasis on the historical and spiritual significance of this area will be featured in a number of feild trips including: Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and of course, Valley Forge. We will bring our harps to play, worship, and interceed everywhere we go. We expect God to do things in the spiritual that we are unaware of in the natural.

This 6-day event will provide harp instruction to both beginning and experienced harpists in harp techniques and using the harp for worship, prayer and intercession.  The workshop will be led by International Harpist/Psalmist Michael-David. Conference fees will include food, acccomodation, transporatation to sites. You will need to take care of your own travel expenses to Pennsylvania but arrangements are being made for pick up at the local airport. The school is taking place at a new venue than was previously annouced. The dates are the same, but information on the new venue will be coming soon. INSTRUCTION INCLUDES:

• Hands-on harp instruction - harps can be made available on-site (see conference form below)
• Specific music theory required to play in a spontaneous style
• Mastering of chord and scale set up of harp including Hebraic styles
• Interpretation of a chord chart (i.e. lyrics with chords written in)
• Insights into how to flow in a prophetic song
• Introduction into the "Harp and Bowl" model as used in the IHOP Kansas
• How to use the Word as a tool in the prophetic song
• Biblical teaching on:
1. The harp and its role in; worship, intercession, the prophetic, and the restoration of the Tabernacle of David and the nation of Israel
2. The place of music in spiritual warfare, deliverance and healing
3. The qualifications of a New Testament 'Levite' and the purification process
4. Lifestyle Worship... and much more!
